22 May 2014 was the 20th anniversary of Ken Saro-Wiwa’s final arrest before he was executed in 1995 by the Nigerian government for campaigning against Shell’s devastation of his homelands.
That day Shell was also holding a shareholder meeting in London, so we went along with poets Selina Nwulu, Orla Price and Lucas Kelly, graduates from our youth programme, Shake!, to mark the occasion.
